The coffee was no better than the bottom-shelf grind I buy at the grocery store for a fraction of the price. I've loved Dunkin' Donuts for years; my family often gives me bags of their ground coffee for Christmas, knowing it's an easy "hit". I got two bags last Christmas, and it was a disappointment. I've bought a couple of store-brewed cups to see if was an isolated incident, with similar results: the coffee just isn't what it used to be. The price has gone up, but the quality has taken a serious nose-dive.

DD coffee is definitely better than average (ie. Maxwell House, Folgers, the like). Maybe not quite as good as some upscale coffees (organics, stuff like Green Mt., etc)., but it's still worthy and relatively cheap.
